Waterproof Gas Detector Launched
Nereus Alarms Ltd is proud to announce its latest gas detector for boats which features a waterproof gas sensor. These remarkable sensors survive both splashing water and total immersion and are unique in the market. This important advance means that for the first time, a gas sensor can be placed safely in the bilge without the usual problem of water damaged sensors.
The waterproof sensor, low power consumption and reliable alarm point setting resulted in a “Best on Test” verdict in a recent independent review of gas detectors for boats.
These new detectors are easy to install, simple to use and have a small/neat control unit. They feature an alarm relay output and a separate external siren drive in addition to the internal alarm buzzer. The single sensor version (WG1000) is priced at £199 (including VAT and delivery) and the 2 sensor version (WG2000) is £239.
